The Sunshine Coast Model Boat Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place Lakeside at the University of the Sunshine Coast at 10.30 a.m. on Sunday 24th July 2016.
An agenda for this meeting was sent to all members 2 weeks ago. If you have not received this, please let me know. Any member who has a topic or motion they would like included in the agenda may email me, and I will forward it to all members for their consideration before the meeting.
All positions on the Committee will be vacated and the new election will take place. It is important that we fill all positions for the continued smooth running of the Club. Only financial members will be allowed to vote, and all Committee positions, and motions, will be accepted from the floor.
The Club will be providing a complimentary lunch at noon of pizzas, sweets and soft drinks. We need to know if you are coming to the AGM so that we are able to order accordingly. Please let me know if you have any particular dietary problem.
